Shipping

UK Delivery: All orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery - fully tracked, insured, and signed for.

Delivery Times: The LIAV workshops hold a very small amount of stock, so in some cases, your item will be available within 3 working days. For Bridal orders, please allow 4-6 weeks to ensure your order arrives in time for the big day! You will always be informed on an expected delivery timeframe within 48 hours of placing your order.

Cost: £9 flat fee. This service is used to make sure your jewellery arrives quickly and securely.

International Orders: At the moment, shipping outside the UK is by request only. Please contact me via Instagram DM or the contact page to arrange.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return, you must email liavjewellerylondon@gmail.com with your order details within this timeframe. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and in pristine condition

  • Returned in all original packaging (including boxes, pouches, and inserts)

  • Free from any signs of wear, handling, or damage

All items are carefully inspected upon return. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a fully tracked and insured service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  • Bespoke or custom-made pieces

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Personalised or engraved items


Faulty Items

If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In line with UK consumer law, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
