1. About Us

LIAV is a UK-based fine jewellery brand. All pieces are crafted in 9k or 18k solid gold, set with natural or lab-grown diamonds depending on the design.

2. Products & Descriptions

We take care to ensure that all product descriptions, photos, and pricing are accurate. Because each piece is crafted with natural materials, slight variations may occur - for example in diamond size, shape, or colour.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT.
  
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Shopify Pay.
  
• Orders are only confirmed once payment has cleared.
  

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship across the UK. For international orders, please get in touch via DM or email so we can arrange this directly.
  
• All UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery - a fully tracked and insured service, with delivery in 2–3 working days.
  This service is used to make sure your jewellery arrives safely and securely.
  
• Shipping is charged at a flat fee of £9.
  
• Please note: shipping times may vary. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll keep you updated.
  

5. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Because of the nature of fine jewellery, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or not as described.

• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days so we can repair, replace, or refund in line with UK consumer law.
  

6. Bespoke Orders

• For bespoke pieces, full payment is required upfront before work begins.
  
• Bespoke jewellery may take longer to produce, and timings will be confirmed at the point of order.
  
• While we always do our best to bring your vision to life, occasionally a design or request may not be possible due to technical or material limitations. If this happens, you’ll be informed immediately and offered alternatives.
  

7. Responsibility & Care

• We are not responsible for losses or delays caused by events outside of our control (postal delays, customs, strikes, etc).
  
• Jewellery should be cared for properly - see our Care Guide for tips on keeping your pieces lasting beautifully.
  

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including product descriptions, photos, branding, and logos - belongs to LIAV and cannot be copied, used, or reproduced without permission.

9. Privacy

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
